Available Positions
Sidewalk Shovelers
Clear sidewalks with snow shovels, snow blowers, or machines, and apply bagged de-icing materials as needed.
Plow/Salt Truck Operators
Use truck snowplows to clear driveways and parking lots. Apply salt and other de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup and ensure safe walking and driving conditions.
Equipment Operators
Safely and efficiently operate skid steers or wheel loader snow removal equipment. Training is provided for those new to the field.
Route Managers
Supervise all plowing and salting operations on an assigned route, including managing the Sidewalk Crew, Equipment Operators, and Plow/Salt Truck Operators. Assist on routes as needed.
Area Managers
Supervise a group of Route Managers and/or Sub-Contractors to ensure efficient and timely completion of work. Assist on routes as needed.

Where are we located?
We have four branches around Chicago and some locations that require a direct-to-job site report. We will assign you to a branch based on need and your proximity to the location. We aim to reduce drive time during inclement weather for the benefit of all parties.
